"Recently, the company has signed a contract with Regus Center (Thailand), an office space business with more than 3,000 branches around the world, as the tenants of THE OFFICE AT SINGHA COMPLEX with total area of 1,172 sq.m.

The construction of the office space is now 78%completed and the retail space is now 85% completed. The whole project is expected to be completed in mid-2018. The show office at the sales gallery is on the 15th floor of the office at Singha Complex and open for viewing from now onwards. CBRE Thailand is the sole leasing agent for the office part.
